The Employee Job skills Competition is in full Swing
Since the start of the employee skills competition, HONSUN has gone through ten sessions. Every competition has achieved significant results in continuous improvement and innovation, and this year is no exception. We have not only carefully planned and comprehensively upgraded the competition projects, but also boldly innovated and attempted in the competition format, scoring standards, and other aspects. We have added multiple competition projects, making our skills competition more closely related to practical work needs and more able to stimulate employees' enthusiasm and creativity.
In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition, we provided detailed pre competition scoring rules training to the judges in batches, thereby enhancing employees' trust and conviction in the competition process and results.
