The training course lasted for 7 months, with practical and diverse content. It innovatively combined offline video viewing with interactive discussions, aiming to help team leaders fully understand the training content through systematic video courses and real-time interactive discussions combined with production reality. It also guided team leaders to practice in their work based on production and management situations, achieving good training results. 74 key employees from the production line actively participated, learning, exchanging and growing together. How to hold good class meetings, how to lead troops, how to get along with superiors, how to get along with colleagues, how to manage subordinates and problematic employees, how to plan and arrange daily, weekly, and monthly work, what specific tasks should be done before, during, and after work, what methods should be used to discover problems on site, what methods should be used to analyze and solve problems, how to carry out fixed and on-site management, how to achieve quality control and breakthroughs, etc.
