Promoting Cooperation between Enterprises and Colleges
On May 29, 2023, the leaders of Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic College conducted a special survey on expanding job opportunities and promoting employment (order class) in our enterprise. Our CEO Zhijian, vice director Du Yongjian, Minister of Administration Qiu Xiaojiao and relevant personnel of human resources accompanied the college leaders to visit the exhibition room and workshop of HONSU. They also introduced the development of the enterprise, learned the current situation of the students' internship, and then held a tripartite meeting between the enterprise, the colleges and the interns.
At the meeting, CEO Zhijian said that since the cooperation between the company and Nanyang Polytechnic College, the interns have been diligent and eager to learn in their work, with strong hands-on ability and team spirit, and have won unanimous praise from colleagues. Du Yongjian, vice director, said that the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is targeted to cultivate applied talents, and the first "order class" cooperation does without a hitch, meeting the needs of enterprises for applied talents. Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic leaders expressed the hope to continue to get the support and help of HONSUN to jointly cultivate talents. And Chen Zaibin made a speech on behalf of the students. He began by thanking Honsun’s leaders and colleagues for their concern and recognition. And He is grateful to school for providing a high-quality employment development platform. He said he would continue to work hard and contribute his modest efforts to the development of the company.
