Through the exhibition, we learned more about the application directions of our products in the medical field and had friendly exchanges with relevant customers. At present, our fiber optic products are mainly used in medical X-ray, light guidance, gene sequencing, and other fields.
Medical X-ray detection: Fiber optic plate (FOP) have key characteristics of X-ray blocking and image transmission. The flickering screen converts X-rays into visible light, which is transmitted to the chip through FOP. Thus protecting the CCD chip and possessing high visible light transmission efficiency; The characteristics of high spatial resolution. Mainly used in X-ray dental examination, X-ray chest and breast examination, etc.
Medical light guiding application: Through the total reflection principle of optical fibers, the transmission of light from one end to the other is achieved, which has the characteristics of high transmittance, high temperature resistance, and stable performance. Widely used in dental solidification, dental mobile phone lighting, and medical endoscopes.
Genetic testing: A micro well structure is created on the surface of the fiber optic plate, which corresponds one-to-one with the fiber optic. The light information emitted by the samples inside the micro well does not interfere with each other and is transmitted to the output end of the fiber optic panel through their respective corresponding fibers. Selecting a micro well array fiber optic panel with high transmission efficiency and low coupling loss as the substrate, each micro well can serve as a micro reaction pool for biological samples. By utilizing the fiber optic structure to collect fluorescence information from high-throughput samples, the optical isolation and work efficiency of the micro reaction pool are effectively improved, costs are reduced, and miniaturization of genome sequencing instruments can be achieved.
